There is great power in healing together🤍

Co-regulation reminds us that we don’t have to navigate our healing alone. It’s the process by which two or more individuals influence and support each other’s emotional states and nervous systems. Co-regulation is a fundamental aspect of human development and relationships, where individuals mutually adjust to maintain a regulated and balanced state.

Co-regulation and somatics are deeply intertwined because co-regulation, at its core, is a somatic experience. It’s about how our physical bodies and nervous systems interact and influence each other in real-time.🕊️
