I love being able to help people who are suffering with all kinds of ailments to find relief! Back, neck, hip and shoulder pain, and anxiety. A multitude of problems that can be helped or completely healed. The consensus is that it is more relaxing than massage! One of my clients on Monday said that he felt like a "million bucks" after his session! So happy to bring relief and healing to people! :)

Practitioners perform "Bowen moves" which are rolling motions done over muscles, tendons, nerves and fascia. The moves are done by using the thumb and fingers. A treatment consists of a series of specific sequences, with frequent pauses to allow time for the body to respond.

I had a new Bowen Therapy client last week struggling with back pain. I explained that he could expect to come for a series of 5 treatments. I received a text a week later stating "I will not need the next appointment. My back is feeling great. Thank you so much! "
