Day 4: just had a little type 2 fun! They say you get what you give and owner/trainer Chelsea Peck just delivered my bo**ie on a platter! My students would be delighted at my level of sweaty shakiness! A fantastic class with a fabulous instructor. And an amazing team of teachers. Now I'm off to recover! 🤣.
