There are SO many ways to lose weight, but here's one that actually worked for me: an anti-fungal candida diet.
I know it sounds intense. But here's the thing... when you starve out the bad guys (yeast, fungus, all that fun stuff), the bloating just melts away. The puffiness? Gone. And your gut actually gets to heal instead of just existing in survival mode.
