I used to be right there with you. It sounded so simple, so science-backed, so... easy?

It's this idea that small, consistent actions over time beat big dramatic changes every single time.

Here's what I mean: when you take an inflammatory food out of your diet, you're not gonna wake up the next day feeling like a new person. Sorry to break it to you.

But here's the thing. There's what I call the 3 phases of 6 to 8.

First, you might notice something around 6 to 8 days. Maybe your digestion feels a little easier, or you're less bloated.

Then at 6 to 8 weeks? That's when things get interesting. Your energy might be more stable. Your skin could look clearer. Those afternoon crashes? Not as brutal.

And by 6 to 8 months (I know, I know, that feels like forever), you'll look back and wonder how you ever functioned before.

The catch is you have to actually stick with it. No cheating every weekend. No "just this once" three times a week.

Spring hits different when you realize it's not just about eating salads.

Your body's been holding onto winter—heavier foods, less movement, maybe some emotions you didn't have bandwidth to process. And now? Everything's blooming. Your system wants to do the same.

Happy Earth Day. 🌎

One of the things I learned early on is this: one person can make a difference. Not by being perfect, but by being conscious.

The products we choose. The chemicals we avoid. The packaging we reduce. The way we treat the land beneath our feet.

That same consciousness shows up in how we care for our healing tools.

Crystals come from the Earth. They carry the memory of soil, water, fire, air, sun, and moon. When we cleanse them, we are simply returning them to the elements they came from.

Here are a few simple ways to reset their energy:

💦 Water – A gentle rinse for stones like rose quartz, aquamarine, and blue lace agate. Water has long been used for purification and emotional balance.

💨 Air – Letting crystals rest in fresh air supports clarity and movement. Fluorite and celestite respond beautifully to this element.

🌱 Earth – Burying stones like red jasper or black tourmaline in soil reconnects them to grounding and stabilization.

🔥 Fire – A candle flame nearby can symbolically clear and reignite stones like ruby or carnelian.

🌙 Moonlight – A soft, intuitive reset that works for nearly any crystal. Especially supportive for moonstone, labradorite, and selenite.

Okay, confession: I'm usually a coffee person. But today I'm swapping my usual for something a little more zen. My go to? Toasted rice matcha green tea. It's nutty, it's smooth, and honestly it just hits different.

Yeah, when I first started out, I always thought the way to go was to exercise harder. Turns out I was totally wrong. ⁣⁣

Have you ever had a near-death experience? Or maybe you suspect you did but you're not totally sure?

I've been diving deep into NDEs lately, and the patterns are wild. People who go through them come back... different. In the best way possible.

They stop caring about material stuff. They feel this massive compassion for everyone. Their whole sense of purpose shifts. Some even say their brain feels "altered," like they're suddenly using more of it than before.

(Not all changes are easy, though. Some people struggle with the psychospiritual aftermath. It's real.)

Here's where it gets interesting: shamanic initiation follows a similar path.

Shamans are called through dreams, signs, sometimes illness. The "wounded healer" archetype is huge here. You have to go through the sickness yourself, cross into those other realms, bring back the knowledge. That's how you learn to heal others.

So if you've survived something brutal, if you came out the other side fundamentally changed, you might already be further along your healing path than you realize.

We give away so much of our power to people who don't deserve it. Low vibrational energy disguised as wisdom. Charlatans selling snake oil.

My morning routine as a healer: Prayer. Meditation. Coffee. (Honestly, not always in that order.)

Some mornings I'm reaching for the coffee maker before my eyes are fully open. Other days I sit down to meditate first, then realize I forgot to turn on the kettle. The order changes, but the ritual stays the same.

These three things set the foundation for everything else. They help me show up grounded, present, and ready to hold space for whoever needs it that day. Without them? I'm running on fumes, and you can tell.

Prayer connects me to something bigger. Meditation quiets the noise. Coffee... well, coffee makes me human.

I used to think I needed a perfect routine. Wake up at 5 AM, journal for 20 minutes, green smoothie, the whole thing. But life doesn't work like that. Now I just make sure these three non-negotiables happen, even if it's messy or out of order.
