What a fantastic day we’re having at the Pavilion! We welcomed our new resident, Raja, who loves bingo and jumps right into every activity. All our residents enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon with dance class, pet therapy, and bingo — the smiles all around said it all! 💛

You earned this with your heart and hard work, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We are so proud to share this joy with our wonderful residents and families who inspire us every single day.

Holiday music has a magical way of filling the Pavilion with pure joy!
Today was all about Christmas tunes, laughter, and creativity. 🎶🎄 Our residents loved making button ornaments and decorating the trees, such simple moments bringing so much happiness. The holiday season is officially in full swing! ✨

✨ What an amazing day at the Pavilion! ✨
We kicked off our Christmas decorating today and the whole building is filled with joy and holiday spirit. Our ladies had a wonderful time getting their nails painted in festive green and red, so many smiles! 💅🎄

We also enjoyed a heartwarming visit from pet therapy. A big thank you to Mary Childress for bringing our sweet, waggy friend who brightened everyone’s day. 🐾❤️

Feeling Extra Thankful This Week 💛

This week marks my 4th anniversary at The Pavilion — a place that has truly become my second home. I started my journey here as a caregiver, and two years ago I stepped into the role of Activity Director. I am so grateful for every step of this path and for the opportunity to grow within a community that means so much to me.

Every day, our residents fill my heart with purpose, joy, and countless blessings. Being part of their lives is an honor I never take for granted. Their love, smiles, stories, and trust make this work incredibly meaningful.

I’m also deeply thankful for our amazing team. From caregivers to our Executive Director to every department in between — your strong leadership, dedication, compassion, and teamwork make The Pavilion a truly special place. I feel blessed to work alongside people who give their whole hearts to our residents.

Thank you to our residents, families, volunteers, and staff for making this journey so beautiful. Here’s to creating even more memories together. 💛

We had such a wonderful time celebrating our annual Thanksgiving staff potluck! 🍁💛 Moments like this remind us how blessed we are to have such an incredible team. No matter how busy our days get, we always find time to come together, share a meal, and appreciate the support we give one another as we care for our amazing residents.

Everyone brought their favorite dishes, and the food was absolutely delicious — but the laughter, teamwork, and sense of family were the best parts of all. We’re truly thankful for each other and for the purpose we share every day.

We took full advantage of the beautiful sunny weather — planted fresh flowers, played a little golf, and ended the afternoon with a cozy happy hour featuring warm spiced apple cider. The whole building smelled like cinnamon and cloves… Christmas vibes already! 🎄✨

What a wonderful day we had at the Pavilion! Our residents spent the morning getting creative with crafts for our upcoming Thanksgiving celebration, and we wrapped up the day with a fun and heartfelt November birthday party. 🎉
