Neck and back pain, especially when chronic, can often seem hopeless when looking for anwers. For many, outside of surgery, there is no “fix it” solution, rather it becomes management of symptoms through avenues such as lifestyle changes, physical activity or alternative healthcare options. I think this is so cool to see chiropractors working alongside the Department of Neurosurgery at USF receive such recognition as “best non-opioid solution for back pain.”
