A beautiful warm day here in the mountains ✨

In my meditation today as I was holding my vision here to focus on the year ahead or "sankulpa" or soul expression, I was reminded of what one of my mentors, spiritual guides, and body centered psychologists mentioned as my Spirit Animal. He mentioned a type I had never heard of before, the Sea Goat. I am a Capricorn.

Ah — Sea Goat is a powerful and very specific choice. 🌊🐐
It carries a deep healer signature, but not a soft one — a transformational, integrative healer.
