The verdict is in!
The Ningxia battle was an easy decision. It was supported via 1,000’s of people across the world! Joining together to lift up, support and encourage changes that impact the entire body!
It was a good fight!
What was gained: self confidence, healthy habit of 15-30 minutes of movement, amazing recipes and better sleep!
What was lost: 7 inches and 5 lbs in 2 weeks! Less stress
I am ready for round 2 in February!
