Happy Birthday to our girl Cruzieee babyyyy! 🎉💕

Still not over the fact that she spent her Thanksgiving morning AND her birthday with us at Turkey Jam. Like… who does that?! That’s real love and real dedication. She showed up early, worked out, brought all the good vibes, and made the whole morning better just by being there.

Cruzie, I’m so thankful for you. From the moment you walked through our doors, you’ve been nothing but good energy and pure sunshine. Gave u a nickname off batt like whatttt—- 😆 And yes… I’m low key mad you didn’t tell us it was your birthday 😆 because you KNOW we would’ve turned that whole class into a party for you. Lol bday burpees at least lol

If your Thanksgiving didn’t start with 2 hours of chaos, cardio, yelling, dancing, and giveaways… wyd?! 😭🔥
Turkey Jam was CRAAAAZY this year and honestly… my favorite one yet.
The vibes, the energy, the sweat, the laughter… EVERYTHING was on another level.

But what gets me every year is looking around that room and seeing so many strong, beautiful women + Tony choosing to start their morning with us.
It hits my heart every time. 🥹🧡

13 years of this tradition… and somehow y’all keep making it bigger, louder, and more special.
Thank you for showing up, for supporting me, for supporting this studio, and for being the best community a girl could ask for.

My heart is full.
