Don't ignore your gut health!!

Ladies,

Letโ€™s talk about one of the biggest hidden causes of stubborn belly fat โ€” poor gut health.

When your gut bacteria are out of balance:
1. Your digestion slows
2. Cravings increase
3. Your body holds on to fat, especially around your waistline.

But when your gut is healthy:
1. Your body processes food more efficiently
2. Reduces inflammation
3. Lets go of that stubborn belly fat.

Here are 3 simple ways to start healing your gut this week:
1. Add fiber daily โ€” Aim for 3-6 cups of leafy greens or vegetables each day.
2. Eat probiotic foods โ€” Yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, or kimchi feed the good bacteria.
3. Hydrate โ€” Water flushes waste and supports digestion.
