Grounding is the intentional practice of pulling your awareness out of your head and back into your physical body. It tells your brain: You are here. You are safe. Tonight, try using your PM routine as a grounding ritual rather than just another item on your to-do list:
-Deepen the Breath: Warm a few drops of Glow Getter Jojoba Facial Oil between your palms. Before applying, cup your hands over your nose and slowly inhale the frankincense and orange essential oils. Try to make your exhale twice as long as your inhale to signal 'rest' to your brain.
