Starting the week strong with some Monday morning noodle exercises! 💙

Our residents kicked off the day with fun and engaging movement using therapy noodles to stretch, strengthen, and stay active. It’s amazing what a little creativity (and a lot of determination!) can do to keep bodies moving and spirits lifted. 😊
