Join the Children’s Disabilities Information Coalition (CDIC) for an informative transition conference designed for parents of individuals with disabilities (ALL ages). This session will focus on Government Benefits, including SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, and other public benefits, to help families better understand eligibility, application processes, and ongoing responsibilities.
