As a cosmetic OBGYN, I perform Cesarean Sections and at a later date, TummyTuck, Myofascial Plication and repair of diastasis recti. In order to improve the appearance of the abdomen after Cesarean section and reduce the risk of permanent abdominal muscle separation and "post baby belly" I recommend the reapproximation of the abdominal muscles during a Cesarean section. bones 🧟‍♀️
