At Tender Care Outpatient Therapy, aquatic therapy offers a unique, full-body approach to healing. The water reduces joint stress, improves mobility, builds strength, and enhances balance, all while creating a more comfortable environment to move. It’s especially effective for those recovering from spine, neck, and back conditions, but its benefits extend across a wide range of rehabilitation needs.
