Team K Cleaning Services LLC Army veteran, woman owned company. Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself. Growing up, she was my biggest fan.

My name is Cindy Klinglesmith and I am a native of Peru. I moved to the United States in 2005 where I originally began my journey in the housekeeping field. The inspiration behind TeamK was ultimately my late mother. She always encouraged me to chase my dreams and moving to the United States was the first leap to what would become a beautiful journey. In pursuit to achieving my dreams, in 2011, I proudly joined the United States Army. Having traveled the globe as a soldier, I was exposed to an abundance of opportunity. I encountered different lifestyles of living and unique approaches to adapting to those lifestyles and I knew that one day, I would create an avenue to give back to the country I now call home. Now a veteran, I have received my Bachelors of Science degree in Social Sciences, my Masters degree in Organizational Leadership and am in process of completing my second Masters degree in Bilingual Social Work. I am the proud wife to a soldier and mom to two sweet boys. I hope you will join me on my journey and make TeamK a part of yours!

Yesterday was one of those days that reminds me why I started my business ❤️

Volunteering with Junior Achievement of the Desert Southwest was truly rewarding. Standing in front of these amazing kids and teaching them about entrepreneurship filled my heart in ways I can’t fully explain.

As we learned step by step from what a business is to creating their own ideas I shared my journey and the story behind Team K Cleaning Services. Seeing their eyes light up when they realized a real local business started with an idea, passion, and hard work was priceless. They asked questions, shared ideas, and got so excited imagining themselves as future business owners 🧠✨

Teaching children about entrepreneurship is powerful. It helps them believe in themselves, dream bigger, and understand that they can create something meaningful no matter where they come from.

I am so grateful to Junior Achievement for trusting me with this opportunity and for allowing me to be part of a program that is shaping future leaders. Experiences like this stay with you forever 💫
