I've been thinking of my friend Connie alot lately. It's been many years since she crossed over. She was my best friend. I've been receiving messages from her lately, letting me know our connection is not broken. Losing someone you love is tough, and I believe that grieving a loss is vital in order to move forward with your life. Moving forward does not mean you make the life they had any less important, it means you are honoring your life, because yours is important too. Placing your life on hold does not do anything for your loved one or for yourself.
If you have lost someone dear to you, take your time and do not allow anyone to rush your grieving process, but do not get stuck there. You and your loved one are still connected, but you have a life to live and a purpose to be here on earth. We should all strive to live life to the fullest.
