14 days until Valentine's 😍
Day #1 of our Love Day Countdown is Out Greet the Dog! 🐶
This was a cute example I heard years ago. Think of how excited the family dog is when someone comes home. They are jumping up and down and going absolutely crazy. One couple decided they would try to out greet the dog when the other came home. It quickly escalated into ridiculous territory . 🤣
My point with this example is to ask what is your couple culture like? Are you incorporating little routines or rituals that turn you towards each other? They can be silly or tender. One couple I heard of strips down naked when they fight . 😳🤣They generally can't fight for very long and they end up having a good laugh and a good discussion. Maybe not your cup of tea though. 🤣
Here's an example from my marriage. The past few years we've picked a book and had a bit of a bookclub together. I have loved the long conversations we have had over our book choices. 💞 We've had many good long debates too. 🤣
Can you think of things you do in your relationship, or want to do? Maybe it's sending sweet texts every morning. Or kisses goodnight. How do you build a couple culture of turning towards each other?
