Self-injury awareness day is a reminder that many people struggle silently with emotional pain they don't know how to express. Self-injury is not a "phase," a bid for attention, or a moral failing. It's a sign that someone is overwhelmed and trying to cope with feelings that feel too big to hold alone. If you or someone you care about is dealing with self-injury, you're not alone. Call Atlantis Behavioral Health Services at 915-544-3500.

If you or someone you care about is navigating disordered eating, you're not alone. Please contact Atlantis Behavioral Health Services at 915-544-3500.
