After a dedicated stay at Mountain View Health & Rehabilitation, Mr. Reyes has successfully achieved his therapy goals and is returning home. Through hard work, determination, and the guidance of our incredible therapy team, he made outstanding progress every step of the way.

Our therapists consistently go above and beyond to provide personalized, compassionate care—helping residents regain strength, confidence, and the independence they need to return home safely. Another wonderful success story to celebrate!

Mr. Pina and Mr. Gonzalez came to us requiring hands-on assistance and close supervision for safe mobility and daily movement. What once required steady support and monitoring has, through consistent effort and perseverance, transformed into confident, independent movement.

With strong commitment and resilience, along with the guidance and encouragement of our exceptional therapy team, both patients made meaningful progress each day. Our therapists’ dedication, clinical skill, and constant support helped turn challenges into milestones and goals into achievements.

Today, we are proud to share that both Mr. Pina and Mr. Gonzalez discharged home fully independent with all mobility. Regaining that level of confidence and freedom is what rehabilitation is all about, and it has been an honor to be part of their journeys.

The excursion to Jungle Reef was a splendid experience. Along the way, residents appreciated the opportunity to partake in window shopping , residents enjoyed memorable moments observing various fish species in the aquarium. The experience culminated in a highly relaxing activity involving direct interaction with the birds during their feeding sessions.
