Our approach is grounded in respect for the body's inherent goodness and the wonderful capacity of women. We believe that every woman is unique and deserves compassionate, personalized healthcare that addresses the whole person - physical, emotional, and spiritual. We're here to help you understand and work harmoniously with your body, not against it. There's no need to suppress or alter your body's natural functions to pursue your dreams.

Guiding Star El Paso (formerly House of Hope) is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization that empowers women, men, and families in unexpected pregnancies through education, by providing free services in a confidential, compassionate, and supportive environment. Additionally, proactive education is provided to youth, young adults, and parents throughout the community on whole health and wellness.
