Military Sexual Trauma (MST) survivor groups offer Veterans a structured, supportive, and trauma-informed space to process experiences, build resilience, and reduce isolation. We are now accepting referrals for upcoming MST group therapy cohorts. These groups are facilitated by licensed clinicians experienced in trauma and Veteran care.

We offer free services; no documentation is needed. You may be able to receive services even if you are not eligible for VA care. To learn more about MST or to join our group sessions, contact the El Paso VA MST Coordinator:

UPDATE:
Attention Veterans:
The Westside Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 1870 Northewestern Dr., will remain closed until further notice.
Our dedicated team is working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We are doing our best to maintain all patient care services for our Westside CBOC Veterans.
Veterans assigned to the Westside CBOC have the following options:

• Veterans requiring walk-in primary care or blood draws may visit our Main Facility located at: 5001 N. Piedras, El Paso, TX 79930
• Veterans requiring walk-in mental health services may visit our South-Central Wellness Clinic at 350 Revere St, El Paso, TX 79905
• Veterans with appointments have the option to change their appointments to either telephone or virtual appointment if needed.

The El Paso VA Su***de Prevention Team is here to help Veterans and their families with essential skills through their Safety Plan and Lethal Means Safety classes. We would love for you to join us every first Thursday of the month starting January 2026!
