Leading with ambition, heart and dedication!

Today, our CEO Tracy Yellen was honored with the 2026 Pioneers 21 Innovation Award for advancing innovation, collaboration and community impact across the Paso del Norte region.

We also congratulate fellow 2026 honorees Kirk and Judy Robison and Dr. Richard Lange!

Their stories of arriving in the region as newcomers years ago and feeling welcomed by the community beautifully reflect the warm spirit of El Paso. We’re grateful for all their contributions to the Borderland! ⭐

Paso del Norte Health Foundation is proud to support organizations and individuals working to prevent, detect and manage diabetes in our community.

Organizations with a proposal focused on diabetes prevention, detection, or management can submit a Letter of Intent for possible funding at 🔗 pdnhf.org.

Population, systems, and individual-level strategies will be considered.

On November 15, 2025, parents in Chaparral got a hands-on look at the Southern New Mexico Teen Mock Bedroom To***co and Drug Prevention Trailer during the Chaparral Parent Prevention Expo.

The interactive experience helped families spot hidden va**ng and substance-use warning signs and sparked important conversations around youth prevention across southern New Mexico.
