Don't let food poisoning ruin your holiday. Keep your feast safe (and your guests happy) with these simple safety tips:
🍗 Always thaw turkey in the fridge, never on the counter.
🌡️ Cook thoroughly and use a food thermometer before serving. Turkey should reach 165°F in the thickest part.
🥗 Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
