This event will feature over 120 employers and resource providers eager to connect with transitioning Service Members, Veterans, Retirees, Guard/Reserve, and Spouses. The U.S. military community is an invaluable resource filled with individuals who bring a wealth of skills, experience, and a strong sense of dedication. Highlighting available positions to this group is a fantastic way to tap into this diverse and talented pool.

A little bit about SFC Recker and her mission-

Founded in 2023, Recker’s Outreach was born from a deep commitment to serve those who have served our country (as she currently does and has done for almost 20 years!). After witnessing the struggles many Veterans face after returning home—particularly those who experience homelessness—Samantha set out to create an organization that offers more than temporary solutions.

Recker’s Outreach provides a rapid re-housing opportunity, offering fully furnished studio apartments to homeless Veterans in the local area. This allows them to establish a home address, regain stability, and begin rebuilding their lives. They are not a facility—she is a launching point for hope and long-term success. Samantha also leads a group of local youth who may need mentors, guidance or have truancy issues. This youth group assists in community beatification-elderly, disabled, veterans are priority.

Samantha, her family and the youth group do A LOT for the El Paso community!
