Paloma Wellness and Rehabilitation is an outpatient physical therapy clinic offering traditional physical therapy for pediatrics and geriatrics. Our team of doctors in physical therapy have extensive experience in treating patients with unique conditions and approaching each one with differently to give our patients the best possible treatment.

👋🏼Happy Wednesday!👋🏼 Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage is a gentle, rhythmic technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and encourage the natural flow of lymph fluid. For those with lymphedema, MLD can help reduce swelling, improve circulation, and enhance overall comfort. By guiding excess fluid away from congested areas, this specialized massage supports the body’s ability to manage fluid buildup and maintain better mobility. Our therapists utilize MLD massage for our lymphedema patients here at Paloma! 🩵
