On March 21st, during the Spring Equinox, I will be guiding an Ecstatic Dance experience at 5:30 PM in the Amphitheater as part of the Evening Mystical Market.
The Equinox represents balance — light and dark, inner and outer, stillness and movement. Through Ecstatic Dance, we create a safe, intentional space to release, reset, and reconnect with our bodies and each other.
This is more than dance — it is community, breath, rhythm, and presence. It is a space to move freely, without judgment, and welcome the new season with openness and vitality.
