This is the best question to ask in a situation. What else could this mean, where in this body do I feel the pain and what could it be Beyond the physical, what does it feel like sadness, anger, loneliness ? Get to the root of the problem it’s your body telling it needs help getting rid of the accumulated Stuff on the inside ! Listen to your body, listen to your IAM presence and hear the answer !
