Camera 1...Camera 2! These are before and after shots of a lumbar disc pathology.
Brief History- 40 yo male. He was a big rig driver for 15 yrs. Now he builds Earthships here in Taos. He dumped a heavy wheel barrow full of stone and tried to save it. Ouch! Pain is right sided therefore he has a lateral shift to the left.
Treatment consisted of:
•McKenzie Method lateral shift technique with diaphragmatic breathwork. •Active Release Techniques to Lumbar spine & Pelvis.
•IASTM to soothe the Ruffini Nerve Endings. •RockTape for Neurosensory Modulation, essentially removing the threat perceived, through movement.
