I am a farmers wife to my husband, Kyle. We live in a small rural town in Oklahoma and we are new first time parents to our son Kyson, he is our entire world!! I also run a small personal training studio where we do private training sessions, small group sessions, and yoga! This business has led me to want to make a greater impact so I have taken my business online. I lead women to learn about clean eating, incorporating daily exercise into their busy routines and being graceful. Wellness is more than just being physically fit, it also includes mental and emotional well-being. It is important to develop healthy habits such as regular exercise, stress management, getting enough sleep. Indulging in self-care practices such as outdoor walking, yoga or even hobbies can improve one’s mental well-being.

Implementing "The Basics" of nutrition and wellness may seem challenging at first, but it is a gradual process and shouldn’t be hard, when done correctly. Committing to a 60-day challenge can be a great motivation to start implementing these healthy habits into your daily routine. Through small, sustainable changes, it is possible to improve your overall health and wellness without it becoming an extreme diet and lifestyle change that is hard to stick to.

We’ve completely over-complicated what it means to be healthy nowadays. By incorporating a balanced diet, regular exercise, stress management, and self-care routines in our daily lives, we can achieve optimal well-being.

Inside of my “Back To Basics” membership program we will be running, 60-day "basics" challenges. The challenge is designed to help our members lay a strong foundation in their fitness and wellness journey. Whether you are a beginner or someone who wants to review the fundamentals, our program will provide you with the support and accountability you need to succeed.

An amazing review from one of my clients who recently completed my ten-week program. I’m incredibly proud of her progress and dedication to the program, and honored to have been a part of her fitness journey.

My client expressed that the program helped her stay consistent with her nutrition and fitness goals. The program included a comprehensive meal plan and workout regimen, which left little room for excuses. By having a set plan in place, she was able to hold herself accountable and stay on track.

She also mentioned that it provided her with the motivation she needed to push herself and showed her that she was capable of achieving her goals. I believe that it's essential to provide my clients with the tools and support they need to succeed, and I’m thrilled that this program was able to do just that.

Zoodle "Pasta" Salad. A light easy spring recipe. You can also meal prep into jars for easy lunches for the week if that’s your thing!
2 cups spiralized zuchinni (1 c per jar)
12 pepperoni slices (6per jar) I used uncured.
1 C cherry tomatoes
1/2 C chopped peppers, 1/4 per jar
1/2 C chopped onion, 1/4 per jar
4 Tbs Parmesan cheese, 2 per jar
2 tsp fresh basil, 1 per jar
2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil, 1 per jar
2-4 Tbs red wine vinegar, 1-2 per jar
Optional olives.

Start layering in this order:
EVOO, red wine, basil, tomatoes, cheese, peppers, onion, olives, pepperoni, zuchinni, top with 1 Tbs cheese.
Seal jar and refrigerate until ready to eat.
