Wellness is more than just being physically fit, it also includes mental and emotional well-being. It is important to develop healthy habits such as regular exercise, stress management, getting enough sleep. Indulging in self-care practices such as outdoor walking, yoga or even hobbies can improve one’s mental well-being.
Implementing "The Basics" of nutrition and wellness may seem challenging at first, but it is a gradual process and shouldn’t be hard, when done correctly. Committing to a 60-day challenge can be a great motivation to start implementing these healthy habits into your daily routine. Through small, sustainable changes, it is possible to improve your overall health and wellness without it becoming an extreme diet and lifestyle change that is hard to stick to.
