Thanksgiving in my family was always about giving gratitude for what we have and the service of giving to others.

Your mind is an incredible part of you! It has plasticity (it can change), It looks a lot like the universe and communicates about everything outside of you that you experience and everything inside of you that you are not aware of. It's a control center that will operate on automatic and also requires conscious thought to change the automatic patterns. WHAT?🤯
🌳🌲🌴 Much like a tree... it will grow in what ever way that best suits the needs of survival. Light feeds the photosynthesis in trees just as Positive language feeds our thought patterns. Water is required for a tree to continue growing strong just as water is required for our synapses to continue firing. Soil brings in nutrients... the better the soil the stronger the tree, just as our intake of nutrients determines our growth and energy. And I bet trees mediate all the time (imo), mediation will strengthen our conscious communication with our unconscious mind.

So when you are feeling like something in you needs to change but you just can't seem to figure out how- grab a baby tree at your local garden center- every time it needs water- you asses how much water you need, every time it needs nutrients you assess your nutrient quality and intake, every moment it has in sunlight, you assess how you speak to yourself, every time your tree sleeps at night, you meditate and sleep as well.

Soon you will find your mind growing and inner changes become easier to handle and life will become less complicated inside your head.
