Dr. Alice’s open minded approach to chiropractic care and holistic principals combined with her ability to understand your body are the keys that make real healing possible. No other doctor has been able help me with this condition because they couldn’t diagnose the underlying problem. Join us in celebrating our patient of the month, Marion! 🌟

Marion joined our Wonderland family shortly after retirement, when a few unexpected health challenges began slowing her down. True to her lifelong nature as a teacher with an adventurous, inquisitive spirit, she knew right away that something wasn’t quite aligning—and she approached her health with the same curiosity, care, and attention she’s brought to everything in her life.🌼

What I admire most about Marion is her commitment to really understanding her body, even when the journey feels complex or overwhelming. She has navigated some winding roads with such grace and determination, always showing up willing to learn, adjust, and uncover the next layer of her healing. Even on the harder days—and she’s had her share—Marion stays curious about how to support herself as she continues to age with intention.✨

The holiday season is here - and with it comes all the wonderful (and sometimes overwhelming) parts of Thanksgiving: delicious feasts, family gatherings and the occasional second or third helping of pumpkin pie, which all together can wreak havoc on our digestive system.🍽

Last month, we talked about listening to your body and tuning into the messages it sends you. Now that you're paying attention to your body check in with our digestion, what is your digestive system telling you? Do you notice when it feels satisfied, happy and at ease? What about when it's upset - the bloating, the heaviness, that "I shouldn't have eaten that" feeling? As we head into Thanksgiving, let's use that awareness to relax and truly enjoy the holiday without paying for it later.🍞

One of the greatest blessings in our practice is caring for families and watching how healing and alignment ripple through generations. This month, it is our joy to honor Karen, Alex, and their son Sammy as our Family of the Month here at Alice’s Chiropractic Wonderland.💜

Karen, as a dedicated health educator, has always carried a deep awareness of her body. She came to us with a curious and open spirit, bringing not only her observations but also a willingness to look deeper and grow through the discomfort she was experiencing. Her thoughtful approach and commitment to her own well-being quickly extended to her family—first inviting her husband Alex to begin care, and later their bright and intuitive son, Sammy.

What we love most about this family is the way they each listen so deeply to their own bodies while supporting one another in the process. Sammy, especially, has such a natural connection to his own needs—an inspiring reminder of how powerful it is when children learn early on to trust their body’s wisdom. Good Job, Mom and Dad!
