Let me tell you, I love being cozy. But there's something to be said about appreciating each season without judgment, and by that, i mean more than just weather.

There's this wisdom that comes along with each emotion, phase or step in our journey. We have the opportunity to talk badly about this time, or we have the opportunity to grow with whatever challenges we are faced with.

And guess what? With the challenges we are faced with, if we remain optimistic and open-minded, we:
✨️create new pathways in our brain to come to more swift resolution for future challenges
✨️those challenges become our SUPERPOWERS
✨️we become more well-rounded people when we move through adversity
✨️you might even impress yourself, and get a confidence boost following this challenge

So, how does it get any better than this?✨️
This question only leads us to better things, so say it loud..

15 months of hiding to complete this program, so I can provide the most excellent service to those I serve. 🌿

I think when i started this program, i did so because i needed a distraction and a purpose more than anything. I was just coming out of a relationship that was excruciatingly painful, which caused me to take a huge hit to my confidence. After a couple years of doing readings, offering guidance, hosting events, I was questioning my ability to show up for those in serve.
So... I said yes to creating a business where I could provide for myself. I said yes, to educating myself with this program, not only for my future clients, but for MYSELF. Each class i took, aligned perfectly with the healing I needed at that time.

Since my time investment in this program, I have moved to Idaho and gotten the very first place of my own in over a decade. My nervous system is in recovery from decadeS of being in fight or flight. And its all thanks to the healing that has happened from the schooling and from being able to create my perfect sanctuary.

Through this program, i have also created my website, brand and other business aspects.

BIG NEWS FAMILY!

Facilitating Yoga Nidra has been lighting up my life, so I decided after our winter slumber, starting on the Spring Equinox 2026, I will be hosting WEEKLY Yoga Nidra experiences on Sunday afternoons at the Pearl Theater in Bonners Ferry, ID!

IN ADDITION, I will be hosting Ecstatic Dances 🕺 💃 on the third Sunday before Nidra!

If you havent tried Yoga Nidra, the next session is on Monday, December 8th at 5:30 pm! Nidra time will be switching to Sundays at 12:30pm after the gregorian new year (January 1st)!

💭✨️ Dream

A former partner gives you a plastic ring. In this dream, you have feelings of betrayal and heart ache. He gives it to you as "something to remember [them]".
You say, "the only thing I will remember when I look at this ring is the broken promises of our relationship." You dive into the pool, and thoughtfully place this ring at the bottom of the pool before coming back up. He looks disappointed- even distraught, but you feel free.

✨️& My interpretation
This plastic ring 💍 is a symbol of the half-truths and lack of commitment that they had in the relationship.
When i use water, I use it as the great emotion mover. It allows all to be felt to transmute the experience and flow more easily with life. Right now, the ring is being soaked in emotion. You are preparing to pull the plug on that drain, so you can give the water back to the Earth to help create new life. Emotions must be felt in order to be in flow with your destiny and truest version of you.
