We're incredibly proud to share that individuals from our Elbert County Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) program are now operating the Brew Crew Coffee Shop in the main lobby of Elbert Memorial Hospital!

What Makes This Special:
Every Friday morning from 9:00 to 11:00 AM, our talented crew serves up great coffee, delicious baked goods, and plenty of smiles while developing valuable life and work skills.

Building Confidence & Community:
Through the Brew Crew, our participants are learning to:
🔹 Communicate effectively with customers
🔹Express their creative ideas
🔹Build confidence in a professional setting
🔹Showcase their unique abilities and achievements

MRI scans are a safe, non-invasive way to help your provider get a detailed look inside your body, but it’s natural to have questions before your appointment.

Here are a few tips to help you prepare:
➡️ Wear comfortable clothing (or change into a gown if needed)
➡️ Leave metal jewelry and accessories at home
➡️ Let your care team know if you have implants or medical devices
➡️ You’ll need to lie still, so let us know if you're claustrophobic, we're here to help!
