Conley Outreach Community Services Conley Outreach has been “Caring for the Heart of Community” for over 35 years.

Our services fall within three primary program areas: 1)Grief Care 2) Resource Referral and Advocacy and 3) Community Services. Our grief care division includes 4 adult support groups, family and children's events, a summer day camp and onsite crisis assistance. The West Towns Human Services Network links over 500 families each year to health and social services within a 4 county area. Our community services include financial assistance to qualified residents, a holiday gift program, the Community Care Team volunteer network and a family nurturing program for families of early childhood special education children.

We are thankful for the attendance of everyone who took part in our "Reclaiming Your Holidays After Loss" Program at the Sugar Grove Public Library last night. A Holiday planner and books were discussed to help grievers get ready for the season. Creating a remembrance craft was also part of the evening to help establish a ritual to connect with those that we are missing this time of year. ❤️ Sugar Grove Public Library
