24x7 drop-off's at the Elburn Community Center - 525 N. Main St. There is a collection box inside the vestbule, at the side entrance off of the parking lot.

If you have a large drop-off or perishable items, please DM us & we can make arrangements.

We were honored to have Tom Toftey, author of "Unexpected Gifts," join our December "Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow" Grief Book Club. Tom's book tells the story of his friendship with Tim Hartwell, who battled Glioblastoma, and explores the themes of mortality, grief, and legacy, offering a heartfelt look at the impact we leave on others. 🎅🏻 He’s making a list, and checking it twice, so be sure to get those letters to Santa’s elves in time for Christmas!

From now until Christmas Eve, you can get a message straight to the North Pole by dropping your letters at our special holiday mailbox located outside J&R Herra Home Studio under the pergola off of Main Street 💌 And for every letter we mail, J&R Herra and will donate $1 to the Elburn Food Pantry.

You can also write your letters to the big guy at the Elburn Christmas Stroll TONIGHT from 4-7pm by stopping in J&R Herra Home Studio!

✨ No Waitlist for Counseling Services at AID Highland Center! ✨

If you or someone you know could use support, AID Aurora currently has NO waitlist for behavioral health outpatient counseling — available for ages 5 through adult.

AID outpatient services offer a safe, supportive space to talk, heal, and grow. We support individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or anyone feeling overwhelmed.

Our services include:
• Individual counseling for youth, teens & adults
• Family counseling + parenting education/support
• Case management & resource linkage
• Collaboration with schools, agencies & psychiatric providers
• Community-based therapy (home, school & other settings)
• In-office, in-home, community, or telehealth options
