It was so nice to be back together with the COGS network today at HeartLands Senior Living at Ellicott City after our summer break! 💙

There’s nothing better than catching up, sharing laughs, and connecting with people who are just as passionate about supporting seniors and their families as I am. A special highlight was seeing our former 2nd Family caregiver, now Geriatric Care Management Associate with Stanton Aging Solutions, Sabrina Amaral —so proud to see her thriving in this field! 🌟

💚As a primary care provider serving home-bound patients, Dr. Rey’s compassionate, in-home Primary Care services further support the health, independence, and dignity of patients at home who are unable to travel to a doctors office and prefer an in person visit over telemedicine.
