Dr. Matt and Dr. Sam embraced the start of December by participating in the DC Road Runners Half Marathon, the first half marathon either one of them have ever done. Although the weather was cold and then path was primarily gravel and dirt, they both finished under an hour and 50 minutes.

Their legs are feeling it today, but we are so proud of our clinicians who constantly find ways to push themselves physically. Movement is medicine!
