It’s simple, controlled, and easy to adjust based on how your body feels that day.

Using a strap helps you:
βœ”οΈ Ease into the stretch without forcing it
βœ”οΈ Keep good posture instead of rounding your back
βœ”οΈ Control the intensity so it feels helpful, not aggressive
