Testimony Tuesday!!
"Literally SO grateful for Dr Natalie at Eldon Family Chiropractic
After the wreck, I thought I was "fine". It just hurt to walk... or stand... or sit... and sometimes also to lay down đ
I felt exponentially better after the first adjustment. I've only had 2 now, but I'm at a point where I'm actually able to get on the floor and do the exercises I should have been doing, but was hurting too bad to do.
On top of that, my anxiety is â¨ď¸unbelievablyâ¨ď¸ better! (Chiropractic is important for so much more than just physical pain, but that's a soapbox for another day)
Let me tell you a little story...
Last year, well before I was pregnant, my anxiety got so bad that I had to stop driving completely for a while. I'm very prone to "passing out"/ PNES (non epileptic seizures caused by stress) and I couldn't risk that when I was behind the wheel. I would have full blown panic attacks just driving our usual, fairly empty, country back highway route to the grocery store or co-op. Places we go weekly that are relatively close. Even when I got it under control enough to drive short distances again (after I had zero passing out/ seizure episodes for a long period), I would be drenched in sweat with sore hands from white knuckling the steering wheel when I got to where I was going.
Today I was able to drive, without a single panic attack, to a city over an hour away- and then drive around that busy city full of aggressive drivers to multiple stops and back home. And I even got a tad bit lost for a second and didn't freak out đ
I know to someone who doesn't have severe anxiety this probably sounds absolutely ridiculous. Listen... it IS ridiculous. It's isolating, frustrating, infuriating, especially considering how rural we live and Caleb already drives 8+ hours a day for work.
I could have cried of relief when we got to the dentist today without having to pull over and melt down 10x first đ
