In the spirit of Christmas, I'm doing a raffle for a mini session to be used in 2026! No photo limitations on this one! (If you've ever done a session with me, you know there are no shortage of images!)

Why: Join me in giving back to our Eldon community by adopting families from the Eldon Family Chiropractic angel tree and making their Christmas morning brighter!

How to enter: For every $5 you donate, you'll be entered into the drawing. My Venmo link will be in the comments! (6505 is the last 4 of my phone number if you want to verify!)

"Dr. Porter's acupuncture has been a wonderful addition for my medical treatments for asthma, PTSD, anxiety, even a sprained ankle.
My asthma has been severe; confining me indoors and leaving me feeling trapped. Many times I arrive at EFC with an asthma attack and leave feeling I've had inhalation therapy. So far, the longest I've gone without reaching for my rescue inhaler is 72 hours! This is 72 hours of freedom to walk, exercise, garden, and fish.

Our Monthly Mom's Group meeting is this Friday, with an amazing discussion about Connecting with your Baby Before Birth. Join us Friday morning at EFC to connect and learn from fellow moms.

Next, our upcoming Monthly Alpha-Gal Support Group meeting will be December 4th at 6:00 pm at EFC. This space is held for those dealing with the diagnosis of Alpha-Gal and navigating the changes in lifestyle.

At EFC, we love opening up out space to support the community we love.

NEWS: A 47-year-old airline pilot from New Jersey is the first person known to have died from alpha-gal syndrome, a red meat allergy caused by a tick bite.

As painful as it is to acknowledge, I don’t believe this is the first time someone has died from Alpha-Gal Syndrome. Too many people are suffering quietly—misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or told to “just avoid red meat” while their bodies are signaling something far more complex.
This is exactly why education matters.
