Happy Birthday to the one who keeps our world spinning, our schedules together, and our sanity intact. Halie, you balance motherhood and this wonderfully chaotic office with so much grace, humor, and heart. You show up every single day with dedication and love that doesn’t go unnoticed.

We are so grateful for the way you care for each person who walks through our doors. Today we celebrate you, the hardest working, most thoughtful, and steady soul we could ever ask for to lead our office.

The Courage to Feel

"As we move into a season of gratitude, I’m reminded that this time of year often brings a mix of emotions. For many of us, beneath the joy and the bustle live quieter feelings from experiences that have shaped us. Healing begins when we give ourselves permission to feel. We often try to stay strong, to hold it all together — but what we don’t allow ourselves to feel, we end up carrying within us.

Our emotions are not weaknesses; they’re messages from the nervous system — gentle signals reminding us where safety, connection, and balance have been lost. When we pause to listen, breathe, and let them move through us, our body begins to find its rhythm again. The nervous system softens. The heart steadies. We remember that healing isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence.

So as this season unfolds, allow yourself to notice what arises — the joy, the gratitude, and even the quiet emotions of heaviness that surface from time to time.
