Today is Dr. Zak’s birthday!! 🎉 He wears so many hats-chiropractor, dad, husband, coach, involved community member-and gives his all to those in his life. He gets to wear one of his favorite hats today as he cheers on and supports the South Hardin Tigers at the Dome. 🐅 🏈

Dr. Zak will be taking care of the Tigers on the sidelines in the state semifinals this Friday, and the rest of the family will be cheering them on. 🏈 Here are our hours the rest of the week:

Friday, 11/14-Closed
Saturday, 11/15-Drs. Zak early morning for a few hours

We are extra thankful for all who have served our country on this Veteran’s Day 🇺🇸 Thank you!

Lessons from Littles 👧🏼

A common observation that comes up when parents or grandparents bring their young kids, toddlers, and babies into the office is how much we can learn from them. From their posture while sitting, to their smooth, proper form while bending to pick something up or squatting to get lower, they tend to do things much more efficiently and ergonomically sound than us adults and even many older kids. Is it their greater flexibility, lack of chronic stress on their bodies, or the majority of their days spent moving rather than sitting on a couch, desk, or at a computer? Whichever it is, be sure to observe someone small the next time you’re around them-you may learn a thing or two. 🌟

We enjoyed seeing all the great costumes and smiling faces while handing out movie passes at the Eldora Trunk or Treat this afternoon. 🎃 Thanks to all who attended, hosted trunks, and the Eldora Welcome Center for organizing this fun event!
