If so, Southeastern Residential Alternatives, Inc is looking for a compassionate, caring, dependable and energetic individuals to work in our CILA Homes.The position is for direct support person (DSP) to work with adults with intellectual disabilities in a home environment. Positions are available in Norris City, Eldorado, and Harrisburg areas. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and midnights. Our CILA’s consist of 4 to 8 bed homes. Applicants are required to have a valid Illinois driver’s license and high school diploma/ged. Applicants are also required to pass DHS background checks prior to employment.
