Today was our employee Thanksgiving meal at SCMC & SCFC... Ya'll we have the best employees and they are also the greatest cooks!! We had a little competition for the best side dish and dessert. Analia won 1st place for her superb pasta dish; Mercedes won 2nd place with her magnificent dressing. Kimberly won 1st place in the dessert category with her tremendous Tres leche cake; Alex received 2nd place honors with her delicious coconut creme pie. Everyone participated with such wonderful food, we are so stuffed we might not be able to eat until next Thursday!! 😀 Congratulations to our winners and we wish everyone the happiest of Thanksgivings!!

Schleicher County Medical Center (SCMC) has a long history of providing progressive healthcare with small town compassion to this rural community located at the Top of the Divide in Eldorado, Texas, 47 miles south of San Angelo, and about 200 miles west of Austin and southwest of San Antonio. It is a 14-bed facility that is home to a certified Level IV Trauma facility open 24/7. Schleicher County Family Clinic - offers a variety of services to take care of the whole family and is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with administrative staff being available from 12 to 1 p.m. Schleicher County Family Clinic serves all patients regardless of inability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered depending upon family size and income. You may apply for a discount at the front desk.
