Interested in knowing more about what is needed to be a Cottage Food vendor? Join the U of I Extension on March 31 for a free information session.

At every family gathering, you get the same request: “Please bring THE rolls.” It’s your signature side, and word has spread that your dinner rolls are the best. Maybe you've considered turning your baking hobby into a business, but where do you start? Extension has the resources you need to become a Cottage Food Seller.

Join Extension educator, Bronwyn Aly, for an evening of Cottage Food updates and information. This session will be a great place to meet other local cottage food sellers and get answers to your questions. The program will take place at Southeastern Illinois College, Building G – Room 120 on March 31 from 6 – 8 p.m. There is no fee to attend, but registration is strongly encouraged.

Learn more about the program and register to attend at go.illinois.edu/cottagefoodlaw
