Dont forget to sign up for February kids yoga classes with Ms.Natalie and Ms.Jen from QC YogArt! This month we have learned about the basics of yoga and mindfulness, we have practiced positive self-talk and empowerment with mantras and we will learn about practicing gratitude in tonight’s class! Yogis have been able to make their very own sock eye pillow that they get to use during “yoga nap” and bracelets and keychains with their favorite mantra words! Each week’s classes includes an activity or craft. We have been having so much FUN! We hope to see you next month!

Meet Ms. Jennifer, our newest YogArt Instructor! Ms. Jennifer is a Yoga/Mindfulness in the Schools Instructor, who has worked alongside Ms. Natalie and Ms. Jen for the past 2 years. She has taught Mindfulness in the Schools at both Davenport and Bettendorf Schools for Challenge To Change and is excited to be joining QC YogArt! Ms. Jennifer brings experience, excitement, and creativity to the table and can't wait to bring it to the lessons and teachings at our Kids and Toddler QC YogArt classes that are starting in January! So excited to be co-teaching these Kids and Toddler YogArt classes for QC YogArt Camp and in correlation with Bettendorf Parks and Recreation!

We are so excited to announce that we will be offering Kids Yoga Classes this winter in partnership with Bettendorf Parks and Rec! Available for toddlers 3-5 and kids 6-13. Each class will include breathing techniques, yoga, a theme around mindfulness and an activity such as a craft or game that goes with our weekly theme!

Hi everyone!! I am teaching Chair Yoga and Fitness on Tuesdays at the Buffalo Branch of the Scott County Library System ( )You don't have to be a Buffalo Library patron and all levels of fitness welcome. We do both chair and standing exercises and modifications are provided as necessary. This class offers not only some fitness, but relaxation as well! Cost is $2 (or more if feel inclined) per person. Class is open to adults of all ages. Come and join us! 🧘‍♀️🧘
