Teaching to dentists, orthodontists, dental hygienists and dental assistants about how to screen for pediatric airway and myofunctional disorders and when to refer. This is by far the most challenging but oh so fun!!

Lots of fun and firsts this amazing weekend! First time attending ADHA conference, achieving Fellow FADHA designation, meeting a Perio pioneer Anna Pattison, and getting to represent the IAOM while able to talk about myofunctional disorders and how dental hygienists are a integral part of the screening process. Plus spending time with Joy #, Kimberly Benkert and Brittney was such a highlight!

The IAOM had such a successful conference in Salt Lake City last month. Over 200 attendees, 30 vendors, over 80 raffle items, and 15 speakers from all over the world 🌎 from Italy, Australia and Japan. Next year, Hawaii! 🌺

Lots of firsts this weekend! First time to Texas first time to RDH Under One Roof and first time be representing the IAOM and myofunctional therapy at such a large convention, amongst amazing and passionate dental hygienists. I was able to listen to two friends/colleagues and speak on airway, myofunctional therapy and pediatric growth risk factors. Oh and I bought another pair of dental loupes 🤣 such a great time can’t wait to attend next year!
