Important Scheduling Policy Update for New Clients

In order to be respectful of both my time and the many clients actively trying to get on my schedule, I have implemented the following policy for new clients:

If a new client late cancels or no-shows two (2) times in a row or more, any future appointments booked in advance will be forfeited. Those appointment times will then be released to clients who are actively waiting for availability.

As a sole practitioner with limited openings, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to accommodate others who are hoping to receive care. This policy helps ensure that available time is offered to those who are ready and able to attend their scheduled sessions.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping me maintain a schedule that supports everyone fairly. I truly appreciate your respect and consideration.

I am currently fully booked and now scheduling into February and March.

As a sole therapist, I truly do my best to accommodate everyone and fit clients in whenever possible. That said, my schedule is currently at capacity, and there are times when I simply cannot add any additional appointments without overbooking myself.
