Cancellation Policy
Appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. This policy allows me to respect both my time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any communication (“no-show”) will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future appointments or refusal of future bookings.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and missed appointments impact both my schedule and other clients.
Opt-Out of Text Reminder Responsibility Message
Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy.
If you choose to opt out of text or email reminders, you accept full responsibility for remembering your scheduled appointment time.
Failure to receive a reminder does not waive the cancellation or no-show policy. Clients who miss or late cancel appointments after opting out of reminders will still be charged the full service fee.
