Phase 2 of the office remodel is coming along! By late summer, the renovation should be completed. Walk by the space when you come in for your next appointment.

We are in the process of remodeling our current space and doubling our square footage! Phase one has been completed. When you arrive, you’ll notice that you will enter our office through a new door. We still have the same friendly staff, but new and improved space!

We are back to working full time and have taken precautions above the CDC and ADA guidelines to ensure the safety of our patients. Due to the current mandate, and out of respect for other patients, we do ask that you wear a mask until you are in the treatment room. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Did you know that removal of complete bone impacted wisdom teeth could be covered by your medical insurance? We are in network with the following medical insurance plans:

Advocate HMO (Blue Cross/Blue Shield)
Amita HMO (Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Cigna) – Previously known as Presence HMO

If you are a member of one of the HMO plans that we accept, you can get a referral from your primary care physician for a consultation and panoramic X-ray. Once we have the referral, we can schedule you for a consultation to determine the position of your wisdom teeth to determine if they can go through your medical insurance provider.
