Dear Friends,
It is with both excitement and sadness that I am writing today.
After over 20 years of practice in Elgin, I recently accepted a two-year position at the Tuba City, Arizona, Regional Healthcare Center, serving the endodontic needs of the local Navajo and Hopi Indian reservations. At the same time, Dr. Shariff has decided to take a break from practice to spend time with her family.
While we will no longer see patients in our office after March 10, we still hope to recruit a new endodontist for our location to serve the greater Elgin community. In the interim, your dentist will provide you with a referral to an alternative endodontic specialist. If additional professional resources are needed, the American Association of Endodontists website (AAE.org) provides a “Find an Endodontist” locator which can be used to reference credentials and information for endodontists.
We have already provided your treatment information, x-rays and our recommendations to your referring dentist for the treatment completed in our office. If you need any additional help the practice email address (frontdesk@fvendo.com) will remain active for the next few months and will eventually be replaced by: dr_crrberger@yahoo.com.
Our cell numbers will remain unchanged. My husband, Keith, will continue to service his financial planning clients remotely from Arizona.
Keith and I are excited about starting a new chapter in our lives. Tuba City is 90 miles Northeast of Flagstaff in the Painted Desert and about 15 miles from the eastern end of the Grand Canyon. And while we expect to return to Elgin regularly, we hope to take advantage of everything the Southwest has to offer.
I am honored that you trusted me with your endodontic treatment, and I hope to remain of service, so please do not hesitate to reach out to me at any time.
All the best,
Cindy R. Rauschenberger, DDS, MS
Diplomate, American Board of Endodontics
