In honor of Filipino American History Month, Aperion Care Elgin enjoyed sponsoring Pista ng Bayan, a Filipino American celebration, alongside Sahara Homecare and Avondale Estates of Elgin.

The event, hosted by Senior Services Associates, Inc. at the Elgin Senior Center, featured traditional Filipino dishes like roasted pig (lechon) and a performance by Roniel Ramirez. Attendees also enjoyed a mini cultural show and a fashion show, highlighting both traditional and modern Filipino attire.

It was a special opportunity to learn about and celebrate the rich culture and traditions of the Philippines!
