Training with Dr. Shino Bay this past week was a reminder that aging isn’t just something you see; it’s something that starts at the cellular level. His approach goes far beyond surface treatments, focusing instead on what’s happening inside the skin: cellular turnover, inflammation, oxidative stress, and how lifestyle, nutrition, and treatments influence long-term skin health.

By addressing aging at its root, the goal shifts from “looking younger” to functioning healthier for longer.
